The Ilikai Marina

The Marina behind the Ilikai Hotel is another excellent location for a selfie. Its calm and reflective waters are perfect for capturing the skyline.

The Moana Surfrider

The Moana Hotel is a historic hotel building in Honolulu, located at 2365 Kalākaua Avenue in the Waikiki neighborhood. Built in the late 19th century as the first hotel in Waikiki, the Moana opened in 1901. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Statue is a 9-foot bronze sculpture. It honors the Hawaiian Olympic champion & father of international surfing.

The Lagoon behind the Hilton Hawaiian Village, also known as Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, is a great spot to take a selfie. It is perfect for capturing a sunrise with a reflection of Diamond Head in the Water.

King Kamehameha Statue

The King Kamehameha statue, located at 447 S King St, Honolulu, HI 96813, is in front of the Hawaii Supreme Court Building in Honolulu, is a very popular place for first time visitor to Oahu to stop by and take a selfie.

Iolani Palace

The Iolani Palace was the royal residence of the rulers of the Kingdom of Hawaii beginning with Kamehameha III under the Kamehameha Dynasty and ending with Queen Liliʻuokalani under the Kalakaua Dynasty, founded by her brother, King David Kalakaua.

I highly recommend visiting the Palace during your visit to Oahu.

Honolulu's warehouse district, called Kakaako, is renowned for its thriving urban art scene, with colorful street murals so giant they stretch across walls and sometimes entire sides of buildings. A very popular location for a selfie for locals and visitors to the island.
